The Coffee Hut is available for A & P shows, School Fairs, Sports Events, Council Events, Food and Wine festivals.

So from car shows to sporting games, fetes to special markets, we can be there to help your day be more successful.

To attend community events Coffee Hut normally pays a site fee to the organization who is running the event.

Corporate Events / Sales Marketing Promotions

If you are organizing an corporate event this summer and expect that there will be more than 300 people attending, we may be able to attend and offer espresso coffees and hot mini donuts to your guests at no charge to you.  Your guests can simply purchase their own espresso coffees and hot mini donuts. If you are wishing to pay for the espresso coffees and hot mini donuts for your staff/clients/guests then the Coffee Hut can be 'Hired' out on an hourly basis. Let us know how many people will be attending your event and what duration the event will be and we will send you a quote.

Fundraising With Coffee Hut

Profit Sharing - Coffee Hut can donate back a percentage (15%) of the days' takings to your fundraising event.

We will consider any fundraising event with a minimum attendance of 300 people.

Schools, non-profits, and sports clubs benefit from proceeds paid by Coffee Hut when you invite us to your fundraising gathering.

All you have to do is bring us to your event where we sell our espresso coffee's. After the the event we send you a check for up to 15 % of our profit from our coffee cup sales.

Having good quality coffee and café beverages available for participants, will increase the experience and enjoyment of the event, and raise much needed funds as well.

Everyone loves their coffee. The addition of Coffee Hut to your event will delight attendees and help raise much needed resources – at no risk to you. It's a win-win decision.
